Requesting a strategic advisory planStrategic advisory plan
With a Strategic Advisory Plan, we identify the threats to your organization. We make an overview of your most vulnerable business activities and what impact this has on your organization. You will receive a report with our findings along with a plan of measures to mitigate the risks. After you have implemented the measures from the Strategic Advisory Plan, we come and check whether they have been properly implemented and the ongoing risks have actually been reduced. In doing so, we look at your organization's technology, personnel and processes.

SME Municipality of Groningen grant
Are you an SME entrepreneur with a physical office in Groningen and no more than 250 salaried employees? If so, you are eligible for the Subsidy for customization advice SMEs, reimbursing 50% of the cost of the Strategic Advisory Plan.
What are common security risks?
Practice shows that companies often do not know which risks apply to them. Examples of common risks for which often too few measures are taken are:
- An employee who leaves employment
- Not being aware of (privacy) laws applicable to organization
- Sharing information (systems) with a vendor
- Getting laptops repaired without resetting
- Sending unencrypted messages to individuals outside the organization
