What are you going to do?

As a Security Consultant at Nestor Security, you will advise organizations on their information security policies so that the integrity, confidentiality and continuity of their business operations is maintained. You are a pro in one or more of the following topics:

• Conducting risk analyses;
• Conducting audits;
• Implement standards frameworks and an ISMS;
• Checking authorizations;
• Managing incidents.

In order to be able to advise customers in the best possible way, you constantly stay abreast of new developments and regulations in the field of information security. Based on your knowledge of business processes, you will be further trained in the field of security. You will be part of a motivated team that is ready and willing to work together.

As a Security Consultant You will be working at Nestor Security, part of BlueGem. From Nestor Security, we support clients with their information security. We advise on possible risks, the measures to be taken and help maintain current policies. In this way we ensure that organizations operate as securely as possible in an increasingly complex digital world.

• You have a completed college or university education;
• You have an interest in business processes and IT/security;
• You have a minimum of 2 years work experience in a security role;
• You have full command of the Dutch language (both verbal and written);
• You are sociable and have a strong drive;
• You are creative and have great analytical skills;
• You like diversity and take a structured approach;
• You would like to further develop yourself in the field of digital security;
• You live in the Groningen area.

• Gross salary between €3,500 and €6,000, based on 40 hours, depending on work experience;
